What I like about Qigong (also spelled Chi-gong or Chi-quong), is that it is so beautiful and graceful and a gentle and powerful self-healing tool.

Before I started with Qigong, my knees had been hurting for about 10 years. After several months of practicing Qigong everyday, I noticed one day, that my knee pain was gone. It never came back.

I also used to have a phobia around my throat. For years I couldn’t stand to wear turtlenecks or be touched there. One day during Chigong I saw some strange imagery around my throat, after that the phobia was gone.

I studied Qigong from 1994-1998 with Master Chen Hui-Xian. In 1998 I was certified to teach Soaring Crane QiGong.
