dancing I have found dance to be one of the most healing, strengthening, empowering, freeing, joy bringing, self-confidence adding practices there are... especially improvisational dance: In improvisational dance, you let the movements happen, don't try to move any particular way, to any particular rhythm. You can even dance without music. You can dance in your living room, or in your backyard. I certainly have many times. I have even danced in supermarkets and department stores - they always have music playing.
